Is it any hair color that can be washed out after a few shampos?

Yes. They are called Temporary colors. They are different than semi-permanent or demi-permanent in that they wash out after a few shamspoos and semi and demi colors last weeks. You can buy them at beauty supply stores, some retail lines carry them or you can have them applied in stores like Sally Beauty supply. They will not lift your hair to a lighter color, they only put a little color over what you already have.

They have a great selection.

If you want to go for semi-permanent (it means they wash out in 1-3 months) try these brands:

Manic Panic
Special Effects
or Punky Color

Manic Panic and SFX can be found in Hot Topic

Sally's carries Punky Color

and your local drug store (Walgreens, etc) carry Color Pulse.

Yeah. It come out, in about a week or two and starts fading in about two shampoos.

Its L'OREAL Color Pulse. Its a mousse.

Sure, there is this colour gel that is washable. You can get it in any pharmacy store under hair colour section.
