Contact you local kennel club. They would either have a breeder among them, or someone would know a breeder.
Your vet may have the kennel club number.
You can also look here on the Japanese Club of America. They maintain a breeders list.

The AKC is a really good source, also putting ads in the paper attracts a lot of results.
