Use a really good conditioner and shampoo from a salon. All Herbal Essence or any of those cheap ones do is strip your hair.Really you should try a good one like Therapy and Humectres by Nexxus.Very good for giving elasticity back into the hair.

depending on how bad it is, it might be a good idea to get the ends trimmed -- that's the best way to get rid of split ends.

to prevent more splitting, make sure to use lots of conditioner! leave-in stuff in addition to normal conditioner helps out a lot. if you straighten or use other heat stuff to style your hair frequently, you aren't helping much. the heat damages your hair by drying it out.. even if you use a ceramic one. (i still do a lot, so i guess i shouldn't really be talking, huh? ]= ) uhmm... so yeah.

lots of conditioner. easy on the hot stuff. i haven't tried 'em, but i've heard oil treatments work really well.

because it really is a fantasy and human beings will pay interest to something they are informed. possibly that is because once you decrease the ends of your hair you're growing to be a blunt area, it really is a lot less complicated to confirm than flimsy chop up ends that are skinny. So even as it begins growing to be you will see the boom a lot less complicated through trim. yet no it doesn't make your hair improve swifter. Your hair grows from the basis, not the ends, and reducing the ends doesn't accelerate the approach.

Sadly, the only way to really get rid of them is to cut them.

Once you get them cut, use really good conditioner, and be careful not to brush your hair too hard.
