Most cans containing food have a "lining" or a coating to prevent corrosion or an attack from a product in the food, the juice etc. A dented can may be a problem if the coating or lining is breached but it will usually take time, most of the time it also needs oxygen to provoke corrosion or oxydization. You should avoid buying "damaged" cans. However, if this happens to you the best to do is to remove the content and place it in a plastic sealed container to avoid any problem. You don't have to "panick" and eat it right away but if you really are worried it is best to remove the food from the can.

No it will be fine.
A long time ago before things got so well made a dented can meant the food was spoiled the fermentation caused the can to buckle up(swell)
If the can didn't break open anywhere you are safe.

No, as long as the can doesn't have a hole in it. Stores sell dented cans as damaged goods, so they have to be okay.

As long as theres no punctures in the can the dents dont matter its still sealed...
