if i lay down and push my belly out and back in i can hear a swishing sound of liquid.. i can also hear this when i jump or even walk a certain way..
why is that, is it beacuse i think i gained a few pounds the last few days?

if you drank some water or milk, it will remain in your belly , making those noises when you move while lying down, till it's passed out.

Your not the only one that hears the noise I hear it too.
But that is because I drink too much liquids.

It's normal, especially if you recently drank something.

your belly is full of liquid: water, milk, soda, whatever you may have consumed

just tighten up your abs and the sounds will go away
