How do you tell if your boyfriend likes someone else or has cheated? Sometimes I feel like my boyfriends back up plan.

talk to him honestly and watch for little tell tale signs that he is fibbing, like touching his mouth quickly or looking away etc.....be careful not to read into things that arent there however....
if you feel talking to him is not a good idea, then i think you should reasses whether you are with him for the right reasons, is it to make you feel better about yourself? or another reason?
it comes down to what you want to do really, be unhappy or make some changes that will make you happier.

If he ignores you, if he doesn't answer your calls, if he stands you up, if he's mean to you, if he doesn't show the same affection he showed you before, if he is avoiding you, if he doens't want to talk as much, if he often goes out a lot not telling you where he is going.
