Friend Money is not the root of all evil Satan is the root, But the Bible does say the LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil, there is a difference, when someone puts money ahead of God then it becomes evil in God's eyes, That does not erase the part In God we Trust

The Bible does not say money is the root of all evil - it says the love of money is the root of all evil.
Big difference.
Money is fine if it is not the most important thing - or gets in the way of being loving, kind, forgiving.
Money says "In God We Trust" because that is what the founding fathers believed - only recently in our history have we lost sight of that - we have abused our responsibilties to God and our freedom and are no longer a Christian nation.
We need God, our nation needs God, to be blessed and prosper.
No argument changes that.

Money is not the root of all evil - this is a misquote - the root is found in greed.

1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Money isn't the root of all evil. People do a lot of things that can be considered evil and they have absolutely nothing to do with money. Money just seems to be another reason for several to commit injustices and evil acts- money is certainly no the root.

No it is NOT that money is the root of all evil BUT THE "LOVE OF" money, the rich young ruler, who came to Jesus in Matt 19: starting with verse 16, the young man went away sad then Jesus said something that it is easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle then a rich man to get into Heaven, its because God the second person of The Godhead gave up Heaven, and His very life, He became a man like you, and stayed on, He still has today [when He went back to heaven He kept His human body] Just for you and a greedy person would not be at home with A selfless God, free bible lessons www.itiswritten.com God bless. contact me also EMAIL wgr88@yahoo.com hay visit A Seventh Day Adventist Church in your area.

Well our founding fathers believed in God and that is the reason why our country was built was on the freedom of religion. In God we Trust is printed on money to remind us where we came from. Soon people will take that saying off our money just like they took out under God in the pledge of allegiance because some people were offended that they live in a country founded on christian believes.
