how the heck does he get close enough without them running away...maybe he needs a shrink cuz he thinks he's a cat

Hell, do what you dog does! Hump everyone you can. At least its good to see your dog does not descriminate. He'll hump a dog or a cat. Just be certain he doesn't try to hump a racoon or a skunk. I used to be like you dog, I would hump everything I could, but that was in the 60s and 70s. Then aids came along and slowed me down a bit. Now I am almost 61 and age slowed me down even more. But I still like to hump :-)

Many may think this is a joke (and it very well could be!), but I have a Beagle who loves to hump (or try) my cats! Just let him have fun...what are you, a specist? LOL.
