Actually there is a MASSIVE amount of evidence! Check out the two links I have given.
Evolution requires that we believe mankind and animals etc have evolved - improved therefore - from single-celled organisms and other pond life quadrillions of years ago. Anything that exists has DNA. DNA is the building block for everyting so let's use a cat to illustrate. For a "soup bug" [with basic makeup] to become a cat, it requires that DNA not only replicates but improves - if not it would remain a "soup bug".
According to evolution, over time, this "soup bug" would end up randomly becoming a cat. However, evolution carefully neglects to mention one small but incredibly vital fact about DNA. DNA can certainly replicate but - and here it comes folks - DNA cannot improve itself, it degrades! This is scientific fact.
This means a single-celled wiggly soup thing would NEVER become a cat because its DNA cannot improve itself to actually become anything except ... another wiggly thing of the same type or kind.
Ergo, we never came from a soup because the DNA won't allow it. If I give you the blueprint for a house, surprise surprise you would not be able to make a car from it.
In fact, the chances of everything as we know it coming from a random chaos are as likely as the universe being filled with blind people shoulder to shoulder, trying to complete a Rubik's Cube and then solving it all at the same second.
One final thing - evoluition is officially still a theory, so why is it being taught in edcation as fact? I personally believe the universe is somewhere 6 to 10,000 years old.

The question you ask is irrelevent. There is no evidence that you were created except for the fact that you are here. So what exactly is your belief, and what is the irrefutable evidence that you put your faith in to justify your belief? Because you see, sir - that is what it all boils down to is faith. What you put your faith in. I choose not to believe in evolution, even though that is what they tried to force down my throat in school, as I was growing and learning. Just as they do to the children now - try to push them away from God, and anything that has to do with God. Don't you ever feel an emptiness inside of you that you just cannot seem to fill, no matter how much you eat, drink, smoke, party,have sex, or anything else that you try? Loneliness is the feeling that is left when you are finally tired of satisfying desire. When all the pleasure is gone out of pleasure. I've been there. I lived that. I am still learning the other way, the way of God. Applying His charter for living to my own life. It's hard. But it's worth it. Because if you are lucky enough to find a full gospel church that believes that Jesus meant exactly what He said, and doesn't try to come up with an interpretation of what He said that suits their abilities, or rather the ability of their faith, then it makes all the difference in the world! I don't expect anyone to believe what I believe, but by the same token, I don't expect a Satanist or a muslim or a practicing catholic to try to get me to believe what they believe, either. One thing I do not do is ask God for evidence. I must take His truths on faith.

In the Book of creation, (the Bible,), the evidence is there, however,God took pity on us Bible thumpers (LOL) and decided not to put every little detail about how everything was created in the book for two reasons;
1)we wouldn't be able to get the book to church on sunday without a wheelbarrow, and
2)because of the serious head trauma it could cause by "thumping" someone with it..... ;-)

Creationism isn't about evidence. It isn't a level playing field where two sides are debating equally. Evolutionists are dealing with hard facts and evidence while creationists are trying to employ every logical fallacy and falsehood in the book to discredit it. No one in the world of science takes creationism remotely seriously.

There has been but somehow it must have managed to evade your red eye. I would like to suggest a book called signs of intelligence by William a Dembski & James M. Kushiner also there is a good book by Lee Strobel called the case for the creator.

Religion is based on faith and belief (Gnosis). It deals with those aspects of reality that cannot be comprehended through proof and logic (Science). And the is much that Science cannot comprehend.
Evidence is not necessary, or usually available, when talking about matters of Faith.

who knows. there is actually alot of evidence out there. you just have to look for it. josh mcdowell is a great speaker, who used to be an atheist, and he set out to disprove the Bible and ended up becoming a Christian because of overwhelming evidence.
