I have severe pain in both of my feet, sometimes it is sharp and sometimes it is dull. It hurts most in my arch and in the ball of my feet it feel like there is something in there. My big toe has some sharp pain and it usally hurts so bad it keeps me from falling asleep. The weird thing is that I feel like there is a ball in the ball of my foot not my heel. My arch hurts alot and when the pain gets intense it goes to my ankle. I have looked up gout and spurs, but gout sound different than what I feel, and spurs are in the heel. If anyone has any suggestions please, help me. I can't take this anymore.

sounds maybe like your arch is breaking down...you need to get a good pair of shoes that have a good arch support in them.....and go see a podiatrist.

I worked in a grocery store years ago full time where I had to stand up basically the whole shift, which was eight hours. Also, we had could not wear tennis shoes or sneakers so we had to wear boots or dress shoes. By the end of my shift every day, my feet and legs would hurt and sometimes it would even radiate up my back. I went to a drug store and bought some Dr. Scholls insoles that offered more cushion. They were maybe 6 or 8 dollars but they made a world of difference for me. However, don't just do this and think its ok, you should still make sure to see the podiatrist because there could be a deeper issue such as weak arches or plantar fasciitis. But the insoles should help some until then.

Have you consulted your dr. about this? You might have Diabetic feet even if you are not a Diabetic. I have sore feet because I have Meniere's Disease and use my feet to balance myself; I soak them at night in hot water with epsom salts and it really gives me relief. Maybe you can try this and see if it helps. Also elevating your feet as much as you can helps too.

Please see a doctor. I'm for sure you can find out what the problem is and have it corrected.
