I'm a 16 year old guy and am currently in an ldr of sorts with a girl in a different country. I love her and she loves me, but recently she broke up with me because of the stress involved with long distance relationship's. If I gave up on her and moved on, I would never have any incentive to ever see her again. Recently, I've taken to masturbating way too much since she broke up with me. I am a Christian and I know I shouldn't do it. Anybody wanna help me???

Dude, your religion has nothing whatsoever to do with you pleasuring yourself. Masturbation is 100% natural and a good way of relieving sexual tension and getting to know your body. You should stop for a second and realise what your doing. If she broke up with you its not your fault...you dont have to masturbate to get over stress. I'm a catholic and it's bad for me too. I mean like dont you ever feel guilty after masturbating?..Everytime you think about her and start to masturbate..think about god and how he's watching over you...how he's looking at every decision you make and every action you take! i mean like if you do get horny over stuff try to block it off your mind very hard to do cos yur a guy) but wat the heck...its worth a try! just dont look or do anything sexually related which lets you masturbate......you could like go out with fiends and stuff....goodluck
