Good luck, witch doctors are murdered a lot and have to hide mostly. I know I am not going to get the best answer but why on earth would you need a witch doctor? It is all the power of the mind. Let me give you this thought.... We create reality, we create the very world around us by the thoughts we think and the words we speak. If you think it and speak it, you will create it to be.

You will possibly find him at one of the covens, especially at Hallowen as the witches often fall off their broomsticks after they have had a couple of pints celebrating. Incidentally the witches call him Dr. Who.

If you look in your yellow pages for a "botanica" you will likely find a Santera or Santero contected to it in some way...it may be hard to find one though, depending on what city you live in...
