A good rule of thumb is, at 5 feet you should weigh about 100 pounds (this is to be ideal, not to fat, but still with all the curves). And for every inch, add 5 pounds. So if you were 5 feet 4 you should weigh 120 pounds. So lose about 6 pounds and you will be a beauty. 6 pounds really isn't a lot. If you eat healthy (fruits, veggies, lean meat, whole grain) and excercise you should lose the weight in about 3 weeks, no prob.

According to the New England Journal of Medicine medically "normal" weight is your height in inches multiplied by 2.2 it's called the Body Mass Index (BMI). Assuming you are 5 ft 3 (63 inches), your medically "normal range" is 138.6 lbs so your target range is between 135 to 142 lbs. This variable is caused by a few factors such as water retention during your period and breast tissue density. Keep in mind 126 lbs of fat takes up more area than 126 lbs of muscle, meaning if you are 126 lbs at 5 ft 3 you can still be out of shape. It just depends on if that 126 is fat or muscle. Hope this helps.

Weighing less than 105 lb at the height of 5"3 is classed as underweight so you don't need to lose any seriously!!! She might be like a girl in my year group, she just has such a fast metabolism that her thighs are about as thick as someone who is skinny's calves. If you have fat then yeah you can shed a bit but if you don't then don't get too thin

Yeah that is good. If you aren't sure, just have your body fat percentage checked. If it is above 30% then lose weight. If it is between 25% and 30%, you can lose a little weight if you personally want to. If it is less than 25% then you don't need to lose weight and you are ideal.

Also check your waist measurement. If it is over 32 inches, then you need to lose weight. If it is 28 inches or less, then you are ideal. HTH : )

As a man I would say you probably look good, not heavy and not skinny, depends on where the weight shows the most. Unless your weight is centered on your waist I don't think you need to lose weight but that is always a personal choice. Just don't starve yourself believing you look good at a lesser weight, someone will see your INSIDE and realize that you look good. That's all from this man. :-)

Your weight is ideal. If you calculate your body mass ratio you are at 21.5 , that's perfect for your height.
