I need a hug because im sad; a friend killed himself last night........and i was just sat here thinking........and i justed needed a hug.........

OK - here goes - one big cyber hug just for you. Hope this helps you have a better day. I had two brothers do this and I will never get over it, but I am OK with it now. It takes time to accept what they have done and I don't thing you can ever forgive them for it because they should have just talked to you. It is not your or anyone else's fault, it was just something your friend felt could not be faced. We will never know why they do it even if they leave a note as the notes my brother's left were not really rational in regards to their reasoning. It is so hard but I do send you love, forgiveness, and hope.

It is going to be okay Jayne.. It will pass. Things always happen through life that throw you for a loop or just depress the heck out of you. Go out for a nice leisurely walk by yourself, no music just quiet. go sit in a park by the water or river and do a few deep breaths and cleanse your spirit. Tomorrow will be better and you can start brand new. Start off on a positive foot tomorrow and don't look back at today. You can change what ever you want and make good things happen for you.
