I have a good one, but you're going to have to "eye-ball" the ingredient amounts. ( I do it by "feel" depending on how much meat )
Ground beef ( if you have any ground pork or veal...add it also)
2 small eggs - beatten
about a cup or more of grated cheese
1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
2- 3 teaspoons of salt
fresh ground pepper
a hand full of dry parsley ( fresh is better but use a little less)
a couple of dashes of Worceshire (*SP?) sauce
Mix all of the above together THE add seasoned breadcrumbs, a little at a time, until the mixture is firm.
Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes then reduce to 350 for about 20 minutes more or until done inside.

I just made a good meatloaf last night. It was a Tyler Florenece recipe. If you go to Foodtv and search under Dad's meatloaf you can find it. Basically you make a tomato relish out of garlic, onion, red peppers, tomatoes, ketchup and worchestire sauce. You add that to ground beef and pork and also spread some on top of the loaf with bacon. It was very good and different from the basic Ketchup thing.

I take 3/4 lb. hamburger and 1/4 lb. pork and put in 1 egg and about 1/2 cup of oatmeal, then I add chopped onions, 1 clove garlic chopped, salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp. basil, 1 small can tomato sauce. Then I put 1/2 the mixture in a pan and put some cheese on it and then put the rest of the mixture on that, making sure you seal the edges so the cheese don't ooze out. Then a put a little ketchup on the top and cover with aluminum foil and bake it in a 350* oven about 1 hour.
Sometimes I put in a can of drained stewed tomatoes in place of the tomatoe sauce.

Try AllRecipes.com type in meatloaf or meatballs -once you find a recipe you like give it a try. Not all use ketsup or tomato sauce some use cream of mushroom soup or dried onion soup mix. The meatball recipes are usually a little simpler and you can make it loaf style and serve topped with spaghetti sauce. Good Luck!

Ground beef -
I mix with 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning - (and I add about 1/4 cup of parmesean cheese to change the recipe at times)
Quick oats - oatmeal - 1/2 to 1 cup depending upon amount of ground beef
1/2 to 1 finely chopped onion - unless they don't like onion
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of mustard
1 cup of tomato sauce
Mix and bake for about 20-30 minutes at 350 ...and looks brown on the top, and cooked through.

I use bbq sauce instead of ketsup...I also agree that a mix of ground beef and ground pork makes a great mealoaf. Dice up the onions really fine, I also like a meatloaf with the oatmeal, I also have used stove top stuffing instead of bread crumbs, just use the dry mix, it addes a lot of flavor.

Try Kraft foods.com or food network.com. They both have wonderful recipe's. Also, use tomato sauce on top, not ketchup, much better.
