It could just be that you are not gonna be well endowed in the chest region. But dont worry, at 13 my daughter was flat and wanted breast implants (I refused as any sensible mum would do!!). She's now 21 and very happy with what she has. Theres plenty of time for you to develop.

you are young, plus you probably grew tall quickly. boobs consist of fat and tissues. fat comes with age as do hormones that develop your body. Boobs get in the way lol. Having a well endowed chest is over rated, try to imagine running or buying shirts that fit nice in the waist with big boobs. Lots of guys prefer an athletic body and a smaller chest anyway.

Your just to young. Trust me, I am 13 and I have a flat chest too. I wear a trainers bra (a SMALL sized trainer bra) Its sucks, I am very underdeveloped, I have alomst no butt, hips, or breast! Just be patient, and look at your genetics. DOes your mom (and older sisters/aunts) have a small or large sized breat. If its normal or large then you just need to wait a couple of years. If its smaller, than you will always have a fairly small bust size (though it will get a little bigger)

Everyone develops at their own pace, don't fret over it. And trust me, having a decent-sized chest is not all it's cracked up to be.

what's your rush. boobs aren't all that great. If guys don't like you with out them why would you want that guy anyways? He's only going to want one thing. Trust me you aren't missing anything. Enjoy being young while you can!
