about God and religion if you had no outside influences, no parents, churches, internet.... I know this question is impossible to answer, but what would you imagine you'd believe?

Ok let me add a detail, I meant if you still lived in the real world (no desrted island type thing) but you just never heard about religion, faith, or God.

I would like to think that I would want to ask a lot of questions. Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where do I go from here? Do I get more than one chance to live? Why do some die so young and others old? Will I ever experience progress? Will we ever live in a world of peace? I'd like to think that each life is a chapter in my book of life. That I would be able to progress each life like in school, each grade earned is a life well earned, if I did wrong one life I would be send back a grade to learn from my mistakes. I imagine I would like to believe that we can have love for one another. Learn to have more compassion for others. Respect one another. We all are a diamond in the rough, each good deed we do we become a brighter soul. Peace and love to you all.

lol really impossible. lets see, I think i would believe in a devil and darkness because for you to live but in all alone and isolated from the others its total torture. i have never seen a person that can survive being alone without others. Ok going off topic here. Maybe i wouldnt be so evil just because im alone but then i'd learn to live by myself and to not trust, talk, care about others. i'd only love myself and keep myself away from things that would hurt me. i would never care about how others feel and only worry about my own survival because i was all alone. i might even detest other people for leaving me alone in a place so isolated from people. Maybe i'd even think im weird and different that people had to leave me alone. there's so many possibilites that i couldnt imagine because i've never been through that, but if that were suddenly suppose to happen i think i might as well die, cuz i hate being alone. This thing may happen to, i might be able to do something normal people cant do because being alone and isolated is one of the 'fears' we have and without fear we arent limitted to do stuff, and that something i could do might be bad and evil people will get me to help them and so on. because people can't survive by themselves because none of us is made 'complete' so that we have to rely on others, so that anyone that would happen to find me alone i'd do anything to make them happy.
omg hope that made sense im not reading that over, too long. lol good luck reading that super long thing.

It would be a boring life with outside influences. But if you laid out all the holy books so I could read them I still would be a Christian. It would be the only thing that would make complete sense.

No intelligent person would ever believe the stories in the Old Testament w/o outside influences telling them what they're supposed to believe.
Would this person believe in:
Talking snakes?
Trees w/ knowledge?
Apples w/ knowledge?
Burning bushes?
And from the N.T.- A god who kills his own son to appease himself?
Etc.--Etc.--Etc.

I'd say that religions are taught and imposed. So, if no one were there to tell me about it, I'd be an unbeliever. So, it seems being an unbeliever is the 'natural' thing to do.

Nothing. I'd have no basis for believing in anything supernatural.
