Take some chocolate chips and melt them in the microwave. Dip washed strawberries, nuts, and dried apricots half way into the chocolate mixture. It usually does it for me. Enjoy!

Homemade Hot Chocolate: made easy in a microwave oven
Hershey's cocoa - about 1 Tablespoon and add 4 Tablespoons of water - and mix in a large cup,
Microwave about 15 - 20 seconds,stir, 10 more seconds
Add about 1/2 or 1 teaspoon (more to taste) of Splenda - 0 calories and is better to control their sugar,
Then add non-fat milk ...almost to the top of the cup,
microwave for about a minute.
Great - and for a real treat - top with whipped cream even the kind from a can! Very low in calories but making it with real cocoa - THE BEST!

How about red velvet cake pops or cake balls? Make one box of red velvet cake. Cool and crumble up the cake once it is done. Add 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Roll into balls. Add a stick now if you are making cake pops. Let them chill. I put them in the freezer for an hour or two. Take them out. Melt almond bark or candy melts. I suggest white almond bark. Only melt a little at a time because it's hard to work with once it cools. Roll the balls/pops in the almond bark/candy melts. If you want, you can now roll it in other things like nuts, sprinkles, colored sugar, etc. Set them on a piece of wax paper or aluminum foil to harden. You can sprinkle cocoa or powdered sugar on them before they dry. You can also drizzle over another color of almond bark/candy melts. Good luck! (:

Dip fruit or pretzels in Marzetti's fat free chocolate dip. Chocolate pudding made with skim milk. Sometimes a chocolate pop tart works for me, but it's not that healthy.
