unless you need tons just go to the nearest casino and get 'em the casino won't care unless you are after 20 or more ,if you need alot call the 800 number of ANY big casino in vegas during normal bus hours and ask for the SLOT MANAGER and tell them what you want and he will give you his suppliers number in about 10 seconds as this is not secret info at all -hope this helps

Usually the Clubs give them away free. Go back to where you got the card and they will give you one. My hubby went and got 5 of them for me so I could use them on all my cards.
Or if you want to pay for them any Novelty shop will have them
