I do not fear death at all. It doesn't scare me because it has got to be better than this greed driven world we live in now.

I fear that I may die in a painful way, that's all that bothers me about death. Let's face it, if we all had our choice, we would likely all chose to die peacefully in our sleep, but that is not realistic.

There is no living creature that doesnt fear death , even those who compete by playing dangerous games as car and motorcycle racing are so scared of death that they want to come close to it .All the religions were made because of this inevitable conclusion which is death, we cant hide from it that is why we try to accept it , sometimes pain doesnt matter in front of the inevitable ghost : death.. It is very hard to loose loved ones or even to leave them and death no matter how we colour it with stories like heaven and eternal spirit it is still scary..

I don't fear death itself, but I do have a fear of the possibility of pain and suffering before death though. I do think about it often just because I know that it is going to happen sooner or later. We all have to face it.

I don't fear death and i don't fear the pain before death. There's a difference between fearing something and just not wanting it to happen.

The pain before death. I think about it maybe a few times a week. Not that I'm eager to die or anything, I just think that the thought of it naturally crosses everybody's mind from time to time.

Oddly enough, I was thinking about it last night on the freeway just before my front left tire blew. Praise be to God, who somehow got me off the freeway, up a winding offramp, across a busy street, and into a gas station...with a tire that looked like it had literally been blown to pieces.

Funny timing for that thought!
