If you really want a science answer, you have to narrow the questions!

SOME clothing, or parts of clothing, is made from SOME kinds of trees. There are many kinds of trees, large and small, and some smaller ones yield bark that is very strong to make rope or weave rough cloth! Cotton comes from a PLANT, not really a tree, but you don't give a hint about what you mean as a "tree". Real silk, on the other hand, is an insect product! Rayon, nylon and polyester all all man-made synthetic fibers similar to plastics! Furniture is made from many plants, including trees, and many plant-parts. Bamboo furniture, for instance, could be made entirely of plant material, if tied with plant fibers. Some furniture is made with a framework of lumber (sized pieces cut from the trunk), or actual branches then covered with cushions, or webbing made from other plant, or tree parts. So the answer to the first two questions is yes and yes. The third is answered above.

Depending on what you mean by "made from trees," the answers could be yes to both.

Some clothes are made from plant products (like cotton, which is NOT an animal by-product, wool and leather come from animals) but many clothes are made from synthetic materials such as polyester or nylon.

Furniture, same thing. Some furniture is made out of wood, other furniture is made from plastic, glass, and other materials.

Lumber is wood used for building things (which comes from trees.)
