A qquiet atmosphere to start with, don't forget flowers, soft music, and now comes the food
The best dinner is the one you made yourself. You don't have to be a Chef, look up a few recipes on internet. Manage not to spend all your time in the kitchen, have the starters ready, shrimps, salad... followed by fish, grilled with vegetables and finish with an ice cream. Don't forget the wine, cheap wine means cheap dinner. By cheap I don't mean money wise, ask and buy a good Burgundy or Italian wine. That shoulld do it, then the rest is up to you.
