Hello,
You cannot get rid of the dimples and shadows (cellulite) by rubbing an odd gel, weird lotion or goopy cream on your trouble zones and problem spots. I know that some can actually make your cellulite worse. The only proven way to permanently get rid of the dimples and shadows of cellulite is through a series of simple, yet specifically targeted lower-body movements. These unique movements focus on lifting, shaping and toning the muscle layers so they gently push outward against the skin to bring back the smooth, tight and sexy appearance, while burning off any excess flab, if there is any.
Have a look to this site for more details and eye-opening information about cellulite http://j.mp/1qbJMyX
Hope it helps.

I found a very good resource on how to get rid of cellulite http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=539
Anyways.... these are some basic tips that you can follow:
Drinking water can help to decrease cellulite, however not for the reason that you typically may listen. Water is useful for the skin, and can help improving your elasticity and make your skin look tighter and more youthful. This makes you look younger and can help tighten the skin on thighs and butt. Many "specialists" say that running, biking, and cardio are great things you can do to reduce cellulite. While this is somewhat good, its surely not the quickest or best approach to do it. I think that targeted resistance training can lead to fastest results. it also a more effective way of burning the fat fast, contrary to what people think. Check the program I suggested and you will start seeing results very quickly.

Skip plastic surgery that won't help.
Cellulite is actually damaged fat cells and that damage can't be undone. You can minimize the appearance of the dimpling by losing excess weight, but even thin models and celebrities have cellulite.
The creams, potions, rollers and brushes might make you feel better, but they don't dissolve the fiberous cell walls of cellulite.

Cellulite describes dimpling of skin, caused by the protrusion of subcutaneous fat into the dermis creating an undulating dermal-subcutaneous fat junction adipose tissue. The term cellulite originated in France more than 150 years ago and began appearing in English language publications in the late 1960s, the earliest reference in Vogue magazine, "Like a swift migrating fish the word cellulite has suddenly crossed the Atlantic.[1]

You cant ttruly get rid of cellulite. There are creams that you can buy that help make the cellutlite less visable but when you stop using them the effects go away. You can try exercise to help make it less noticable, but it is really there to stay.
