i need a expert to tell me how to make my legs slimmer, like a surpermodels. i appraciate all of your advice but i really need someone who really knows what they're talking about. thank you sooo much.

Cardio will help slim you down all over. Adding pilates that target the legs (including hips and buttocks) will give you a slender looking lower half. Pilates lengthens the muscles giving you a slender look.

Tone up = gentle weights and plenty of reps and perform a little aerobic. Getting massive and robust might be reverse... heavy weights= low reps no aerobic. This can burn fats and rather tone/reduce ur your frame to get that outlined appear.
