Known this boy ( Heaven ) for about 2 months I like him alot been talking on the phone everyday seen he has walked me to class with his arm around me so everybody knows pretty much we together. He has asked me on several occasions to kiss him but I have yet to do so. He is ok with it and says '' no means no im not gonna make you do anything you dont want to do''. I feel tempted all the time to kiss him but havent. Should i kiss him already? Has waited two months with nothing but a hug and a phone call!!!

yes, he has waited by your side and made sure you are ok with where you are at. if you want to kiss him, then wait for another moment when you are tempted and actually do it.
