Take a omega-3 fatty acid supplement. Fish oil or flax seed oil, for example. It has worked like magic on my hair. I do know how, but it does work.

Take Biotin. Its a B vitamin.There are no known adverse reactions, but to be on the safe side consult your physician. And do some research on the web. You can find Biotin at Walmart for less than two dollars.

Eat as much jello as you can stand (not pudding) the gellitin in the jello is said to stimulate hair growth.

add olive oil and brush , doing 100 stricks , then do a tight plate . do this 4 a month and it should grow
