My dentist says that I brush so hard that the bristles are going into my gums and under my teeth and are actualyl pushing my teeth outwards..should I stop brushing my teeth and let them relax alittle bit??

Sounds weird!!!

Buy a softer toothbrush,
or get an electric one that you can hold on your teeth without exerting any pressure.

you don't want to damage your gums.

very weird about pushing your teeth out though. That sounds like rubbish!

i disagree with the dentist because if you dont brush your teeth,it will cause other complications like tooth decay, and many other so i would recommend you to keep brushing but dont brush hard because if you brush hard you will dammage your outer layer of your teeth and then later you will damge your middle layer of your tooth.
