Probably, after they pick you up on the warrant that was put out for your arrest and you sit in jail or pay the fine.

lol no, you better make sure you dont have a warrent out for you...they probably arnt looking for you because they a\are far to busy in texas to look for people who havnt paid those.. but if u get pulled over and your name is run through the system, your screwed.. id find out quick and deal with it before you have a bigger situation on your hands

I would say they suspend your license until you pay the fine and then in 3 years they will remove it from record from the actual date the fine was paid.

This is the computer age. Computers do not forget you. So I doubt if they would clear the ticket in your conceivable lifetime.
