I didn't see a third ring. The two you chose are not usually used for engagment rings but for a wedding band or anniversary ring. The best suited ring for engagement is a diamond solitaire. And you would be better off looking at rings in person instead of on the web so you can see for yourself the clarity of the stone. You don't want a stone that has carbon in it. It takes away from the sparkle and value of the ring. Go to several stores and do "homework" before selecting the right ring. Learn about the 4 C's on diamonds so you will better understand the value of the ring you do chose. And most girls like something thats petite and feminine. Not something so small that you cant see the stone nor so big its gaudy. This is the woman you are going to marry so you should know her pretty well on what her taste is so you know what size to get. The sales people will be happy to answer questions on what you arent sure of. Good luck.

Okay, you have good taste, but these are not engagement rings - they are eternity rings, meant for couples who have been married a long time.
There are several common varieties of engagement rings - in no particular order: a solitaire, which is one stone on a band; a solitaire with shoulder stones, which is a larger stone in the middle, flanked by a smaller stone on each side (I have this); or a cluster, which is a whole bunch of little diamonds in a round kind of shape. There are, of course, others.
You seem to like a row of diamonds, which is very nice, actually. I have the engagement ring which I mentioned above, and my wedding band has three diamonds in a row to match the aforementioned shoulder stones, so when they are worn together they match up.
You seem to have a good site there, just search engagement rings and see what else you find. And you are totally right about the size of the stones - don't matter worth a darn to mature women.

An engagement ring is typically a solitare (single stone) or a center stone with accent stones.
Of the rings you listed #1 is an anniversary band (something you would give after 5 or 10 yrs together) and #2 could be either an anneversary band or a wedding band.
My engagement ring has a 1/2 ct center stone with a slightly smaller accent stone on each side, and my wedding band is similar to your #2 choice.
My suggestion would be to find a nice solitare to match #2 to create your bridal set. The mans ring can either be a solid band or you can find a matching band with diamonds.
My husband has a matching band with a channel of diamonds, but for work he has a plain cheap 10 kt band.
I hope this helps. Good luck and congratulations.

Link #2 looks a lot like my wedding band. My engagement ring has the three stone diamonds (past, present, future) with smaller stones inside the white gold band itself.

I have this ring in gold (#1) but it is not an engagment ring. They are both wedding bands. They are pretty but the diamonds are tiny compared to the picture . Try getting her a Solitare diamond & if you want use #1 as a wedding band & you could get one to match.

These aren't engagement rings, they are wedding or anniversary bands. If she wants something simple, get her a solitaire. Here:

I also prefer simple jewelry. Out of the two links, I am partial to the second one. But both rings are wedding bands, not engagement rings, which is fine if that is what she prefers, but she may be expecting an engagement ring and then the wedding band when you two marry.

Both rings are gorgeous, however neither is an engagement ring, one is an eternity band and one is a wedding band. Below is a link to pictures of engagement rings. Click on the different links to see different types of engagement rings.

Congratulations on your future engagement. It is going to be such an exciting time for you and your future fiancee.
Although both rings in which you have chosen are very beautiful, they both appear to be wedding bands to me, which you will give to your wife on the day of the wedding.
I browsed the site and I thought this ring in particular was very stunning and would compliment both wedding bands in which you have chosen.

Those are more like mens wedding bands or the wedding band... you should try to do a single diamond for an engagment ring or a three stone diamond ring, but not an band like that.
