No, he just does God's dirty work.
Satan is just trying to set up a franchise, and to do this he wants to recruit from the general labor pool. The typical bad manager, he will lure prospective employees with what sounds like a decent living, and once he gets them working for him he will scr*w them over in every possible way.

Michael is the only angelic being who's expressly called an archangel in Scripture. Gabriel is often suggested as an angel. Raphael isn't suggested in Scripture, yet does seem interior the Greek version of the apocryphal e book of Tobit. And the only all of us comprehend as Lucifer is named a cherub in Ezekiel 28:14. some Hebrew traditions carry that there are a complete of seven archangels and contain the 4 we’ve named right here between them. the different 3 are maximum many times called Uriel, Raguel, and Sariel. as far as why there is so little point out of them, the Bible replaced into written to guy and is approximately mankind. Angels seem basically as God’s messengers and as ministering spirits, (Hebrews a million:14) and with the exceptions suggested above at the instant are not named.

No, Satan, as an angel, was called Samael or Lucifer. (This of course is folklore. It doesn't have any of this in the Bible, or any other holy text to my knowledge. Oh ok, apart from the script to Constantine. Forgot about that one) Gabriel stayed one of the good guys, and was one of God's go to guys throughout the Bible, Marvin Harrison rather than Satan's Terrell Owens
Theologically speaking, it seems to be humankind that are held accountable, although that's not to say that God's not going to hand out a big *** whupping on the guy with horns.
The third question is much trickier. The idea that humankind has free will wouldn't mean that they have control of their fate. In Christianity there's a big weight of theory (essentially called Calvinism, unless you're a calvinist in which case it's called biblical) that says that everything is pre-destined by God.

Gabriel is not evil. He and other angels such as Michael work at God's will. Satan on the other hand was cast out of heaven because he defied God. While people have free will, they are vulnerable to external forces; good and evil. In the garden of evil, God told Adam and Eve not to eat of the tree of knowledge....they did because they listened to and followed Satan's advice. Satan does horrible things to people all over the world, when he is listened to or followed. Surely people are in control of their own fate, until they choose to do evil.

Been watching those Walken movies again? Man was given a world, entropy and death was introduced into it. Man is expected to have dominion over this. Find cures, find better ways. Man does some of these things. Evil, is from those who intentionally throw wrenches into the gears. It is an act or way of being/acting. Certainly, the satan of the bible fits this. I don't thikn he is the opposite of God and good. Just a pathetic creation that thought it was better than the rest

Gabriel is the angel who is best known for announcing to Mary that God had chosen her to be the mother of Jesus.
Gabriel is not evil. He's a good angel, loyal to God.
We can be sure about this today, because all the angels were tested once, in the distant past, and all the evil ones were numbered with Satan.
Satan is the adversary of God and man.
God permits Satan to maintain certain powers for reasons known only to him.
Man is responsible for his actions, as Satan only has the power to tempt man, and to perform certain lying signs and wonders in man's sight.
God provides grace to those whom he loves, which, along with the assent of their own will, enables them to withstand Satan's repeated tests and attacks, and ultimately overcome them.
A lifetime of these experiences typically helps to determine whether one truly belongs in heaven with God, or whether one will prefer instead, spending a lot of quality time with Satan, in hell.
God is the sole judge of this.

No Gabriel is one of the possible three archangels with Michael also being good and Lucifer being the fallen one
Man is responsible for his own choices, the devil can offer choices and tempt... in the end the devil made me do it was a bad excuse in 2nd grade and still is
Man is responsible for his own choices but having a fallen nature some commmands of GOd like loving God and the like can only be done by God's grace and through God's help and strength So it is false that man is captain of his own destiny and master of his own fate... in the end turn the steering wheel over to God or go down with the ship. Glorify God leaning on the work of Jesus on the cross and blieve for eternal life.

no Gabriel isn't evil. Lucifer was an angel in heaven but then became greedy for power and thought he was better than God. God cast him down to hell and there he is the Devil. Satan I guess tempts men into doing evil and then it is our ultimate decision when to do them or refuse them and stay with God. That is why Satan is sometimes referred to as 'The Tempter'
Hope I've helped xxx

Satan tempts you with bad things. You as a human have the choice to follow him or be strong and resist. Satan brings the bad out of people just like God brings the good out of people.

archangel gabriel is satan. satan was an angel before becoming what he is now. he wanted to be greater and better than God and we all know that that ain't EVER going to happen. Men do control their lives, but satan puts those awful ideas of murder, rape, drugs, covet, theft, adultery, and much more. God tries to guide us but sometimes we are too closed in to listen to God. That's our fault for listening to satan rather than God.
