you don't know how often a question like that comes up on this site! TRUST ME when i say that girls love it when you tell them straight and it works for me almost 100 percent of the time (even when theyr'e out of my league) e-mail me at w5ben@yahoo.co.uk if asking her straight worked!

Well, i in my opinion feel that women will have to many times ask boys out, simply reason i'm a man and dont have the heart to invite them out myself. But i feel why the various men are frightened approximately asking is approximately what unusual rumours might be round as quickly as he asks. Sometimes it is helping if the woman asks, it'll provide the boy somewhat vainness.

I think you should just be brave and ask her if she would like to go on a date with you. You cant move on without doing this or you will probably kick yourself for it later. You never know, this girl may feel the same way about you and just be too shy or scared to tell you. Good luck! I hope this works out for you man. Go pick up the phone and give her a call. :)

I'd say ask her out, because believe it or not, a lot of guys are 'just friends' with girls but want something more. I would probably not go out and directly 'We should go out' type thing, kinda ease it in and don't push the topic. Do something small, if she likes something like that go a little farther... Take baby steps.

Do something special. Like go out for supper, just the two of you, or out to a carnival or some other chessy thing like that. Then ask her out, but set it up, flirt with her the entire date, make it really obvious you're interested. If she says yes, good for you! If she says no, dont act like you REALLY care, it'll make her feel bad and she might say yes out of sympathy, and that could ruin your friendship.
Good Luck :)

u should try to get to know her more
become her friend see how u feel
then. then flirt drop hints with her
and friends if all else fails u could
just ask her to go out with u

if it does not hurt anyone its ok as
long as it make some one happy

It's better to ask than not, otherwise you'll never know what could've happened. She may not be "out of your league" at all.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Just ask her. It's worth taking a chance, right?
