On the one hand, most fellas have a question in their heart: "Am I a good lover?" Some of that is rooted in either egoism or insecurity but there ARE plenty of men who give a rip whether their woman is satisfied.
And, YES, it's true that there are some "selfish pigs"!!! That's not news.
A woman's capacity for pleasure FAR outweighs a man's and so a truly caring man finds a delight in giving her all he can.

I for one am all about giving pleasure. That's why it irks me so when I hear about girls faking it. If she just lets the guy know what she wants, where she wants it and for how long, I promise you ALL the guys will be willing to please you. It pleases us to know that she's getting pleasure. I won't stop or finish until I know for sure that she's been fully taken care of. And I can tell when I see her eyes roll back inside their sockets.
Trust me ladies, you don't have to fake it. Just let him know what you want!!!
