Oh my god, I can't decide what to wear in Lapland!!?

Going to Lapland and the arctic circle this coming December. What is the most ideal clothing to wear? There are so many winter coats, but whats the most ideal that could withstand -30 celcius??? And what sort of shoes are suitable?
This is my first time!!!

Gortex clothing is your best bet. Remember to dress in layers as well.
