I'm also 14 and I play at the par-73 course in California called the Bridges Golf Club. It is the 4th hardest course in California and I've shot an 83 there. Plus I have also been playing for only 6 months and have taken no lessons. I got good by just hard practice.
Update: On the same course I practiced a lot more and fired a 79.

For 18, I think 65 on a par 69.
For 9 I've shot 4 under a couple of times in my uncle's league, at this course:

my best is a 68 around Royal Melbourne Golf Course in australia. off the tombstones as well which shocks me even more!!!
