I notice it more when I wake up or when I am on the computer.

lack of blood flow. get up and stretch, move around, it'll help. If on the computer, you should stretch and stuff every 20 min at least. The body isn't designed to stay still like that.

I have that problem on occasion, I like to lie in bed with my arms over my head. Problem is when I fall asleep like that. During the middle of the night when I try to switch sleeping positions, I can't move because my arms are numb!! It's actually quite funny to watch I'm sure. When I finally get my arms to go, they're all tingly and stuff so I get up, do this big circles we used to do during P.E. when we were kids, and all's good.

could be nerve damage, or lack of circulation. try standing up and rotating your arms and shrugging your shoulders. sounds like it wont do much but it can promote better functions in your arms. i had a pinched nerve and bicepial tendonitous and these rotations made it better. see your doctor and ask for some upper body exercises that are safe to do while prego and keep active. these rotations need to be done in the morning and at night.

It happens to everybody. If you stay/sit in one position for a certain amount of time, your blood flow can change which causes that feeling. It's most common in the hands and feet.

bad circulation usually, but it's always best to be examined by a health care professional just to be sure it's not something more serious.
