There are far more degrees of love than hate. So I would have to say that love is more complicated.

Hate would be easier. Love comes with constant complications. Hate is an easier feeling to conjure, and it's a lot easier to share a hatred of eachother with someone than to share love.

Hate is more complicated. It takes so much energy to hate. Hate produces alot of other things to like lying, stealing, cheating, killing etc. Love on the other hand is easy {real Love} is gentle, understanding, unconditional, forgiving, beautiful.

Love is complicated because you have to deal with two people's emotions, but hate is worse because you deal with some almost unexplainable feeling for someone... a bitter feeling that you can't deal with when you're around them... (Love--you can control better... hate--you kinda sometimes want to hurt people)

I would have to say love, because more people understand hate than they do love. Hate is when you have all kinds are anger and ill will towards someone. Love has a bunch of emotions that sometimes aren't easy to pin point.
