I notice more and more homes in my area fly the Mexico flag only .
There are no American flags with them. Why do people who left a country with no future come to America waving Mexico flags every where.I'm offended are you?

Yes I am too. And how about that early morning honking and "umphaa duhmphaa" all day long?It's too late for South Florida , I hope the rest of the country gets a a grip before it's to late for the rest of us..

Just because certain people choose to fly a Mexican flag is no reason to "investigate" them. Their worst offense is being rude towards the country they chose to make their home. My feeling is that if you want to act as though you are still in Mexico (for example- not bothering to learn to speak English, living in neighborhoods ONLY with other Spanish speaking people and businesses, and flying a Mexican flag), then why not just go back to Mexico? There is nothing wrong with taking pride in the country from which you came, but how would you feel if Americans went to YOUR country and did the same things you are doing here? I would guess you would probably be at least a little offended.

According to military tradition, it is my understanding that an upside-down flag was raised to signal that help was desperately needed and reinforcements should be sent. That would suggest that whoever did this was doing a protest that was saying that the Mexicans were invading and taking over (the reason that the Mexican flag was above the American one, to show being taken over), and that the upside down flag was a way of saying this country was in desperate need of help to stop the invasion. And whoever did it can say whatever they want, no matter how stupid it is. Consider that white people make up 68% of this country's population; and ALL Hispanics together (legal and illegal Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Colombians, Cubans, etc., etc., etc.) only added up to 16% of the total population (meaning the TOTAL Hispanic population is only 23% the size of the white population) . Clearly the illegal immigration problem is not nearly as bad as these guys tried to make it out to be. All Hispanics added together, no matter their country of origin or the legality status, are less than 1/4 of the size of the white population. And if they have a problem with it, then why don't they mow their own lawns? add-on: Fellas, I don't think you know who did this. It was not the Mexicans. It was an anti-immigration protest, not a pro-Mexican protest. add-on: Wow, I did not realize that there were this many white people who needed to be schooled on their own history by a Mexican like myself. That's kind of sad, really. Especially from those that are part of a party that insists they love the military.

The flag itself doesn't bother me...the belligerent attitude does...
Mexico is one screwed-up country, by all accounts. Yet. They do have money. Building the US/Mexico border fence will give all the bright businessmen there a chance to find their civic conscience, providing they actually have one, and start helping their own people. AND, we're being fed a bunch of pro-amnesty hype, not all of which really rings true on closer inspection. Again, we're being fed a story, at least in part. Mexico needs to pull its' socks up, get its' own people working IN Mexico, and they need to do it WITHOUT trying to move en mass to the United States, it's as simple as that. Mexico has resources, they have able-bodied people, open land, they've got what it takes to make a go of it,
but....WILL they, or will they keep trying to 'milk it' and get more money out of our country to support it? You just have to wonder if or when any of this is really going to pay off, so to speak...

It would be proper to see the US flag. Flying only the mexican flag is like giving the two fingers to the USA.I don't like that.

Not offended at all. It's up to them to exercise their freedom to fly whatever flag they want. After all, that freedom is what the US of A is about don't you think? The US is a land of immigrants anyways and stronger for it.
That said, if they wanted to be more polite they could fly both.

Investigated for what? Funny, when I go to Florida or some other vacation area, I frequently see Northern state flags flying. Should we call for investigations of this too?
