u will not normally required to produce prrof of vaccination unless u came from area with disease. if u plan to visit malaria zone, though, u need to begin treatment before u begin ur trip. since its difficult to find pharmacy in china, its best to take some medicine with u along. if u end up in hospital, u must pay registration fee and the cost of any medicin. be sure to have health insurance when u go.....

All the safety precautions in any other tourist spot applies. Most heath hazards are food or mosquito related. First and foremost, drink bottled water or boiled water only. Avoid street vender food especially cut fruit and iced drinks.
There are no strict requirements but I definitely recommend all the Hepatitis including a & b as well as tetanus.

I do not recommend tourists to visit Shenzhen, China. I have just arrived from the place and our tourist guide - a lady named Lu - was very stern and not flexible. She brought us to a mineral museum where salesladies assured us that the jewelries we bought were genuine 18 carat gold. They even offered us lifetime warranty. But to my dismay, an authentic jewelry store in Philippines told us that the jewelries we bought were FAKE. We lost US $250 in exchange of FAKE jewelries. Let this serve as a warning to those who are planning to visit SHENZHEN.

No, in general you don't need any vaccination!
Currently, there are no required immunizations for entry to China. However, it is best to consult your physician or international health advisories from the US State Department services Bureau of Consular Affairs in Washington. You can visit their Web site at: www.travel.state.gov/travel.
Also if you could tell me that which part of China you are going, so I can give you more specific answer. For example, If you are going to Tibet, you might need to be aware of high altitude sickness. You can contact me at our website: http://www.jiasdreamtours.com
