If you have your own income and have not been claimed as a dependent by your parents the past 2 years (I think), then you do not have to report their income. You are an independent adult. That's how I understood it when my 21 year old daughter applied. Check with one of those assistance places that can help you fill out your form.

I now have a lab and that i chosen him particularly for the breed in accordance with my previous journey. The canines I had in the previous him replaced right into a lab and he replaced right into a best canines. He occurred to be a stray that confirmed up at my residing house and after weeks of attempting to locate his proprietor I claimed him as my own. He grew to become out to be between the best canines I ever owned. He replaced into stolen approximately 3 years in the past. I neglected him lots I had to get yet another canines. I had such an elementary time together with his training, habit, etc. that i desperate i might stick to the comparable breed. I agree that many human beings "think of" that labs are the best. this is probable why there are a number of of of them in shelters. (and due to over breeding). some human beings get a lab without understanding that he/she would be in a position to % an marvelous volume of workout, will probable chew by partitions if given the possibility, will shed twelve months around, will thieve your nutrition if no longer knowledgeable precise, and could at last grow to be those huge paws that seem so beautiful as a domestic dog.

Basically you have to answer the seven questions on the FAFSA to determine if you are dependent/independent. If you answer no to the questions regarding age, marital status, children, etc. then you are still considered dependent and would need your parent's income information on the FAFSA.

As long as you can show that you are independent you do not need to report your family's income and assets. While it appears that you are independent, I suggest that you contact your school to determine your status.

Everything I researched suggest that you call the school financial office that you plan to attend and ask them what they would like you to do.
