No the weight will not stay. like how much you weigh before and after you drankl the milk cause this water weight will be used and excreted by the body. I dont think that you could drink an entire gallon ofd milk though. If you do youll throw up cause your body wouldnt have the capacity to hold a gallon of milk.

It is virtually impossible to even drink a gallon of milk in one sitting let alone eating normally and going about a normal day. Where I work when there is some new guy that is cocky and mouthy we ask them if they think that they could drink a gallon of milk in one hour and hold it down for another hour and then we start taking bets to see if they can do it. I have seen five or six different guys try to do it and only one of them got the gallon down and he then held it for about 40 minutes, of course then he blew chunks all over the place. See your stomach can hold the equivalent of one gallon and anyone that has drank a huge glass of milk with a meal will tell you that they feel like the could get sick. Personally I don't think the milk would even stay in your body, and that is just from the experiences I have seen involving this subject.

The body treats any food in terms of its caloric value. So you'd have to calculate how many calories in a gallon of milk, and then divide that number by 3500 to find out how much weight you'd gain.

Aside from throwing up in your mouth a little for a couple hours, I guess you'd be alright. Whole milk, or saturated milk would probably make an appearance on Fear Factor though.

If you didn't puke from the inability to process the gallon of milk, then you would sweat some of the milk out.
So no, not all of the weight would remain.

you have to build up your stuffing ability. Check out sites like www.stuffer31.com or www.stuffmybelly.com, they do it but they also stuff themselves. Im not sure its the healthiest thing, ive drank about a half a gallon and got dizzy and really cold, but i survived.

You'd pee most of it out but if you still consumed the same amounts as you normally do of other foods and drink, then you'd definately be a little heavier.

If the milk calories were in excess of what you body needed, then yes. Calories are calories.
