I'm actually curious about this too, since Christians don't need their ideals to be stricken through the White House--nor does any other religion have that right.

I would not be surprised if the book sees only a limited release, with a posthumous letter from the author to downplay its significance.

Netflix or Amazon.com look like they might have it. I have been browsing yahoo religion and spirituality questions and I had to look long and hard to find a Christian instead of a poser.
