im 27 yrs old about 3 stone overweight but everytime i exercise i get a burning at the back of my throat, kinda scary, any1 know a reason for this. I usually eat about 2-3 hours b4 exercise n all so its not that

take ur workout nice and easy at first. don't work urself to that point, know when to stop. if u go watch tv or sleep right after ur done working out thats a bad idea, u just worked up ur body for nothing. I would say after ur done ur workout, walk slowly on the treadmill to calm ur body down a bit. plus drink alot of water during ur exercise.

Its most likely the acid of your stomach is burning your oesophagus (throat) due to the movement you make durin excercise. try drinking milk and cutting back on fatty foods. Gud Luck with the weightloss!!!!!

drink more fluids, this is a form of lactic acidosis, or stomach fluids rising in your throat, if this doesn`t go away see an md just to be sure you dont have a serious problem starting
