I am scheduled to have my gallbladder removed in two months!! I am always having problems, can't sleep, and I am now afraid that it can get worse.......Any experiences, problems, or suggestions.

#1-I heard that gallbladder issues could be a sign of a larger problem (pancreatis).
#2-I have Kaiser and that is the soonest they can get me in.

Gallbladder problems do not usually torn into pancreatitis! Not unless the gall bladder ruptures and then you would know about it because you would have a medical emergency on your hands. To help ease the gallbladder pain cut down on all fats and spices. Eat a bland diet and drink plenty of water. Good luck with the surgery

Why are you waiting 2 months? If it needs to come out, 2 months is too long to wait! And why do you think it will turn into pancreatitis? They're in no way related!
