While I won't give my whole opinion of Bush here (it could fill volumes) he's never been good at diplomacy. If he doesn't use a speech writer, he needs to. I mean, come on...offensible? nucular? I've got a 13 year old cousin that wouldn't be dumb enough to say that sh*t.
