Those spots are abcesses and as long as he is out and gets into fights this will continue. These abcesses need to be cleaned up and antibiotics needs to be prescribed or your cat can become very ill. I would have your parents take your cat to the vet. If your cat is out and fighting and not fully vaccinated he can become VERY ill. Make sure you parents get him neutered(if he isn't already ) and vaccinate him and have him checked for FIV , leukemia

You should take him to a vet to have the sore treated and also have him spayed or neutered. That should help with him fighting so much. Talk to your vet to see what he/she reccomends. Please take care of it before it gets worse if at all possible. Since I don't know how old you are, you may have to have your parents take him to the vet.
Wishing the very best for your cat!! Have a nice day!

That is an abscess from the other cats saliva, or bacteria on the paws & claws. It will not heal without proper vet care. They might even have to lance the wounds open and place drain tubes. In other words, if you do not take you cat to the vet it will die a horribly painful sad death.

If you can not get him to a vet you need to do kitty first aid just like you would with a person. Clean the wound with warm water and anitbacterial soap. (wear gloves so you don't get scratched!) Then apply antibiotic cream, if it's deep pack the wound with sterile 2x2's, cover the packing (or just the wound if it's not too deep), and keep him inside until he heals. You'll probably have to do this a few times a day and you are NOT going to be popular with him!!.

Infected puncture wounds are nearly impossible to treat at home. Please take him to a vet now. Oral meds, like antibiotics will help your kitty. The wound needs to be flushed out and indeed a tube might be inserted to let it drain. Don't let your kitty outside. One of the many reasons it is unsafe. Now that you are going to spend a little to help him recover perhaps you will think twice about his going out. Is he spayed or neutered? If not there you go....that needs to be taken care of also. Good luck

OMG....take him to the vet immediately. He has an infection. Number one, do not let him be an outdoor cat, 2, get him fixed and then he won't want to go out anyway and it will stop the fighting. Please do the right thing and be a good pet owner.

You wanna know when it will stop? When you finally get off your butt and take proper care of him.....try taking him to the vet for treatment. If you had an infected, oozing sore, would YOU just let it go and pray it went away on its own?

well... if you ABSOULUTELY cannot get him to the vet, do some research. find something that will clean the wound. im not sure what peroxide would do, if its only for people, but just look something up on the internet.
