I gave her a ring that she likes a lot along with a pair of ear-rings.
her birthday is in couple of weeks... and I am really confused what to get her..

1) Get her more jewlry, like the engagement ring, cause she liked it.

Make her a scrapbook with pictures of you two. Include pixs from your relationship and any moments you had, add captions too! You can also include friends and family that have shared your love for each other.

Try to get her a matching neclace to the earings..... It could be something she could wear on your wedding day as her something old. That would be too cute.
