it probably wont kill you but it has lost its flavor.......all dried spices should be used within 12 months, after that toss them out

It won't likely hurt you, but dried parsley quickly looses its flavour, so it probably won't change the taste of anything you put it in other than to add a hint of "dustiness"...

I wouldnt use it, not that it will harm you but theres no taste left to it. The whole reason for using it is for the flavor, buy a new bottle.

It doesn't go bad but the flavor will be weak. If you rub it between the palms of your hands before you use it; it will increase the potency.
