The fattiest kind you drink would be whole milk(with the red lid). There is half and half too, usually used in coffee.

Ah! The memories. That would be the milk straight from the cow. Still warm, full of all the good stuff they take out when they process it. To be able to go back to the PA farm I used to go to as a kid, and drink it straight from the pail again. Great stuff.

For just milk, it's whole milk. 8 grams of fat per cup! I know because it's the only kind my husband will drink. I like skim myself.
