Definitely dont make it obvious to ur crush. That makes them feel a little uncomfortable. Act yourself, dont act the way u think they would want someone they like to act. Make sure u talk to them as much as possible, just not too excessive, so when they are not talking to u they will actually think about u and the conversations they had with u. Flirt with them in a way they do feel comfortable.

What not to do is:
1) Try not rub your neck or fiddle with your hair when in contact [it tells him that you are uncomfortable around him which means you like him]
2) Try not to Look down or not give him any eye contact [which means you are shy around him]
3)Try not act shy or anything and be yourself
What to do:
1) Try to act normal like you would with your friends.
2)Talk to him and make him your friend [for now] so he could know you more
3)If you are strong enough, tell him your feelings, who knows he may like you back or something. =)

dont stalk them!
talkin is the best way, not necessarily a long thought out convo but the occasional chat makes u familar to them, and when someone is looking for a romance they tend to go with the familar.
