Hemi does, for the Dodge Ram, but It works in a Ford F-150 just as well, but you would have to have it professionally done, which would cost you (at our dealership) Dylan Dealership World Wide about $3,595 and that is on the cheap side. I can give you a better estimate if I know... What state are you in? What is the Dealership name you bought the car from, and what was the approximate purchase price of your car? and What year is it? email me now at the dealership at vehicle-experts@hotmail.com

Currently there are no complete bolt on kits for your application. You can always try to retro fit a kit to work or get one custom fabricated however this is not a simple task. Your best bet is wait and hopefully a 3rd party company will fabricate a kit. However it looks very unlikely since this is not a popular demand.

If you do find a kit for an older 4.2L there will be a lot of work that needs to be done to retro fit it. Sometimes the kit will mount up without any major modifications however it is usually the tuning that never works. Best of luck on this search...hopefully one day a company will make a kit for it.
